At the Garden of Herbal Healing we invite to embrace a whole-food mainly plant based diet.

Most of the degenerative diseases that we experience are generally due to chronic inflammation and oxidative damage caused by an excessive Western lifestyle and diet. When we start taking care of the quality of  food we consume, we can support and enhance our body's natural defence and healing mechanism.

CLEANSE/NOURISH/HEAL

Bowel health is at the core of any healing process and so a balance between cleansing  and nourishing the gut is required. We want to ensure that any toxic load is progressively and safely removed from the body so that healing can take place.

IRIDOLOGY

Iridology is a health assessment tool based upon the scientific study of the iris,  in which colour, fibres structure and other characteristics of the iris can inform about an individual's health and emotional patterns , thus revealing opportunities for improvement in emotional and physical wellbeing. Eyes truly are a door to your inner world!

 WHAT DOES A SESSION INVOLVE?

My aim is to provide you with a health programme that it is easy to follow, manage and maintain. I offer both in person and online consultations and follow up sessions.

In Person  First Consultation  (£ 55.00)

- A 2-hour consultation, including medical history,  nutrition and lifestyle review

- An Iridology assessment to establish general health and well-being

- A personalised holistic plan tailored to your body's needs

Online First Consultation ( £ 50.00)

- A  1 and half-hour consultation, including medical history, nutrition and lifestyle review

- A personalised holistic plan tailored to your body's needs

Follow up sessions (£ 45.00)

1 hour session, usually every 4 weeks, to  discuss how the  support plan is working and re-assess prioritises if necessary.
